Broken Pixels - Metal wolf chaos

Broken Pixels is a retro gaming show by the 1up Show featured on the Gamevideos website. In this episode Shane, Crispin, & Seanbaby play Software's Mech Xbox game Metal Wolf Chaos. In the first episodes with a different line-up 2007 and 2008 the reviewers were usually drunk hence the show was much more rewardning for the viewers... but it still has some of the magic, check it out!

Simply brilliant

Craig Ferguson does stand-up. Remember Craig? He's Drew Carry's boss in the Drew Carry show. There's alot of stan-up comedy videos that, what.. about 20 years after Eddie Murphy's RAW follows in Ediies footsteps. This is kind of such a video, kind of such a stand-up comedy. Well just watch it, it's 78 minutes well worth spending.

Urban dead

You're a citizen of Malton, a city that's in the process of being evacuated and quarantined to contain an unspecified contagion - you play as either a trapped civilian, a member of the evacuating military, or a scientist working in the background.Malton is a grid of 100x100 city blocks, each of which is either a nondescript street, or a particular type of building - you move around the map by clicking on the names of the blocks. Certain buildings can be entered; while you're inside, you can't see out into the adjoining streets, and other citizens can't see in unless they actually enter the building.Other citizens of Malton appear on the map as names in coloured boxes (the colour matching their class; green for Military, blue for Science, red for Civilian and grey for Zombie); they also appear in the location's description. Some character classes start with equipment, and all characters can search to find further objects during the course of the game - some are weapons, some are one-use items, others have subtler or more permanent effects. The game is turn-based and you use action points to do stuff. When you are out of points you cannot do anything. Points replenish at a rate of one point per half hour of real time to a maximum of 50. So basically this is a slow paced game where you play for ten minutes and then log out for the day.

Forum thread

Shall Ww2OL OT dazzle the players of this game with our survival skills?http://www.urbandead.com/I have just created a consumer named 'OT Mowers' who is currently holed up in St Martins Church in the suburb of Pegton. It only takes a few seconds to make a character and you can choose your starting suburb. If your playing a human character it is important to end your actions in a building with secure doors since low level zombie players cannot open them.

Art from way back

A tribesmate in the OT invasion in Tribal Wars wanted some entertainment while over in Iraq on deplyment. This kicked off a series of the same comic (all can be read by OTB members in the Sheep forum. Best read while listening to the swedish Tribal Wars radio station here

The spice must flow in Tribal Wars

Team Blue, The OT Brotherhood continues the advance in K12. Locked in deadly combat with the reds most OTb and allies have suffered hardships on the Continent from the almost enemy dominant Continents around. In K12 the big red D*DN with 665 villages and FFN 501 with their axis of evil stands against OTBs 550 villages and Cults 350 (counting the top 10). FFN are on the rise on the top ten players in the area and gained villages from OTB and Cult especially during the last weeks. K12's been the refugee spot for players like OT Svedala since the PDM war in the center of old George Company but become a hot spot after the Great war of the North was initiated. Ratzilla of Northwest kept the attacks going on the Big Read in the area for months.

After mounting an all out attack three weeks ago, OT Svedala decided to grab all the land he could using all available nobles he made his move 16 days ago. A bad decision some think and a waste of nobles, but during one week he 161 villages within a point range of 160 points to 11000 points, in total 400k points and now holds the second largets contingent of villages in K12. The next following months will show if it was a good move or not. At the end of the day thou OT Svedala set a world record with takin 131 villages as show on the Enoblement Winner section on TW plus, the #1 spot with noone even close to him. OTB now holds the record!

Screattack.com: " We have no idea why we get the boot from so many events but this event takes the cake of wonder. When Tommy made his way out to this event to make some new friends we followed every rule they had and were STILL told to leave. Have you ever seen a sad toucan? Well now you have."

Largest Riot in OT evah

Swiftwin explains: " Biggest riot in OT history, the Superman Riot. When Christopher Reeve died, a bunch of people posted about it at the same time. Which led to people making spoof threads of superman, and stuff like that. And there were no mods on, so it completely degenarated. Were 12 pages, It started at about 11:30pm, and went on till like 3am. The riot went on for 12 pages. poeple started posting pr0n and stuff. Bleuize was extremely pissed cause her "post a pic of yourself" thread kept falling off page 1 within minutes. Then we all started to spam her thread, along with every other thread not related to superman. Some people were furious and called us ****ing losers and stuff, and they sent email complaints to CRS and stuff. hilarious. then a mod showed up and had to clean the whole thing."

Time for a new invasion

Will OT return to Second Life?
Sparked by this thread OT's All Time Greatest Moment ( 1 2 3 ... Last Page ) one of the greatest moment in OT must be the invasion of Second Life.
Avondell: " We showed up on some guy's doorstep with our guns out. The guy says to us, "Hey, how you doin?", and the other WWIIOLer with me says, Open fire!"
A few forumites who read the thread remembered beeing there, some heard of it and most wants to be a part of it. So the talk now is about a third invasion.
Tavyl makes a prediction: " This can only end in tears of laughter..."
You can read up on all the current wars in Jessie in The New Jessie war journal as many other communities followed the wiiolers into Jessie. Don't forget to catch some history here.
